Herbal Properties

  • Jasmine flowers are rich in antioxidants that interact with gastrointestinal enzymes to facilitate better nutrient absorption and promote healthy bowel function. It also functions to promote the growth of good bacteria in the gut and has been found to eliminate harmful bacteria. The antispasmodic qualities of Jasmine make it helpful to relieve indigestion, and stomach cramps and soothing inflammation.


  • Holy basil also known as tulsi has been used for anxiety, adrenal fatigue, hypothyroidism, acne, blood sugar regulation, and stress. Tulsi has been found to protect organs and tissues against chemical stress from industrial pollutants and heavy metals, and physical stress from prolonged physical exertion, ischemia, physical restraint, and exposure to cold and excessive noise. Tulsi has also been shown to counter metabolic stress through the normalization of blood glucose, blood pressure, and lipid levels, and psychological stress through positive effects on memory and cognitive function.
