This loose leaf, herbal tea is designed to support the immune system with adaptogen herbs such as eleuthero, it is a source of vitamin c from rosehips, lemongrass, and lemon verbena. Herbal Vitality also supports the liver & includes minerals such as iron & calcium from nettles.

Ingredients: Rose Hips, Lemongrass, Lemon Verbena, Nettles, Citrus Peel & Stevia

Directions: steep 1 tbsp of the herb in 12 oz boiled water covered for 5-10 minutes (can be steeped longer but will intensify flavor).
